NES/NGI/NSS organized the Vaccination drive for teaching and non teaching staff members of NGI including their families in Association with Navachethana Hospital Yelahanka, Bengaluru. More than 100 eligible members were got Vaccinated in Ramagondanahalli at Nagarjuna Degree College.
Anti-Terrorism Day conducted on 21st May 2021 by all the department of the college in association with NSS. 300 students were taken oath on this day.
NCET STAFFS (AGE CAT: 45+ YRS) WE’RE VACCINATED WITH 1ST PHASE OF COVID-19 VACCINES SUCCESSFULLY TODAY at GPS Venkatagiri Kote 25 Faculty got vaccinated.
On 19th November 2020 NSS, YRC, HR department of NCET and RRB conducted RT-PCR test for Staffs and students. 200 samples were collected and no cases were tested positive and precautionary measures and SOP guidelines were followed to stop the further spread of Virus. Even NSS created the awareness on importance of RT PCR test and following SOP in the Campus. Karhalli PHC has collected the RT PCR Samples.
On 24th December 2020 NSS, YRC, HR department of NCET and RRB conducted RT-PCR test for Staffs and students. 258 samples were collected and tested 3 positive cases reported and precautionary measures and SOP guidelines were followed to stop the further spread of Virus. Even NSS created the awareness on importance of RT PCR test and following SOP in the Campus. Karhalli PHC has collected the RT PCR Samples.
NSS has Organized Jan Andolan for COVID-19 Appropriate Behavior on 09th Oct 2020. 124 students/ faculties have taken Pledge and committed himself/herself to the responsibility of taking all necessary precautions that will prevent the spread of COVID-19. the program is conducted in association with RRB, YRC and Government of India.
76th Birth anniversary of Former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi is observed as Sadbhavana diwas / Sadbhavana day. oath has given in the virtual mode. Eighty students and faculty members are participated in the programme.
Youth Red Cross along with NSS organized Blood donation Camp at NCET. 222 Units of blood is collected by the IRCS. As part of the service the blood collected will be given back when ever it is required for our students, staffs and even for their relatives. one unit of blood will be provided free of Cost. District collector honored NSS Unit for donating Maximum number of units to IRCS.

KSCST has Recognized the Student project with the theme of Groundwater mapping app Named ‘AMMA’ and sponsored Rs. 4000/-. project is selected for state level Presentation.
